Beth O’Neill

Beth’s genuine, tenacious, yet warm-hearted and good-humored style engenders trusting relationships that allow her clients to address growing-edge development issues, enabling them to become more effective and inspiring leaders.

She has expertise in many dimensions of curriculum design and development, and is accomplished in:

  • Coaching leaders to reach their goals;
  • Transferring collaborative skills by leading workshops in leadership, teamwork, facilitation, and change management;
  • Designing and facilitating complex meetings that achieve results in alignment-building, problem solving, and strategic and operational planning.

A Connecticut native, Beth holds a bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications and The Whitman School of Management. She also holds a master’s degree from the University of Hartford’s School of Communication. Beth is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation and a certified NLP practitioner by the Academy of Leadership Coaching and NLP (Neuro-linguistic Programming). Beth also has demonstrated expertise in design thinking, the Enneagram, DiSC, leadership presence and influencing, and 360° feedback.

Beth served on Interaction Associates’ Board of Directors for more than 10 years. Interaction Associates is a global learning and organization development consulting firm. The firm provides consultation services in the areas of leadership development and collaborative capability to Fortune 100 organizations.
